Private catering in Marbella usually means a chef in your villa cooking in someone else's kitchen. This is different. Paco arrives with his own station — a paella burner or a 1.2-metre Corten steel brasero — and cooks in the open, right in front of your guests. It's part dinner, part show, and entirely hands-off for you.
The family has been cooking this way since 1972 — first in Valencia, then at the finca in Ojén, and now on terraces across the Costa del Sol. Same recipes, same sourcing from the morning market, same attention to what goes in the pan and what comes off the fire. The only thing that changes is where.

Paco Siles is a third-generation chef based in Ojén, in the foothills of the Sierra de las Nieves — just fifteen minutes from Marbella. His family has been cooking paella and grilled meats for over fifty years, first in Valencia, then on the Costa del Sol. When you book a private catering in Marbella, Paco drives to your location with everything he needs: the ingredients — sourced fresh that morning from the market — the equipment, the wood or the gas, and a lifetime of knowing how fire and food work together.
The service covers most of the coast: Marbella, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís, San Pedro, Estepona, Mijas, and everywhere in between — transport is included up to 30 kilometres. Beyond that, we'll send you a custom quote.
For groups of 8 to 30, you choose between two formats: a paella show cooking or a brasero live fire session. Both happen in the open — on your terrace, by the pool, in a garden — and both are fully self-contained. No kitchen access needed, no cleanup for you. For larger groups (30 to 100+), we bring a full crew and one or more cooking stations, tailored to the event.
Whether it's a villa lunch during a family holiday, a birthday dinner on a rooftop, a pre-wedding party, or a corporate evening — the format adapts, but the quality doesn't.
