Stag Do Catering in Marbella — BBQ, Paella & Villa Feasts for the Lads
Fifteen hungry lads, a villa with a pool, and nowhere that takes walk-ins for that size group. We sort it. Live BBQ or giant paella cooked at your villa — everything included, nothing to organise.
Skip the Overpriced Restaurants — Eat at the Villa
The stag organiser's food problem is always the same. There are fourteen of you. Half the group is by the pool and doesn't want to move. The restaurants in Puerto Banús are either fully booked or will only seat you at 10pm with a €50 minimum spend and a dress code someone will inevitably violate.
The alternative: stay at the villa, get a proper chef, and eat better food for less money per head than any restaurant on the Golden Mile.
Chef Paco arrives at your villa, sets up the brasero grill or the paella station on your terrace, cooks for two to three hours, and clears everything up before you head out. The group doesn't move, the food is genuinely excellent, and whoever's been managing the WhatsApp group since January finally gets to stop organising things for one evening.
The brasero BBQ is the natural choice for stag groups — live fire, serious quantities of premium Iberian meat, and a setup that functions as entertainment in its own right. The paella is equally good for groups who want something more communal and Spanish. Either way, nobody's going to bed hungry.

What the Food Side of a Marbella Stag Weekend Looks Like
Most groups land on a mix of the above across three days. Here's a common pattern.
Friday Evening — Arrival Dinner
Groups typically arrive on Friday evening tired, jet-lagged, and hungry. A paella delivery (from €18/pp) means there's food ready at the villa when the last taxi arrives from the airport. No restaurant booking, no coordination, no minimum spend — just a big pan and the first beers of the weekend.
Saturday — The Main Event
Saturday is usually the big day: the afternoon pool session followed by the main dinner before going out. This is where the brasero BBQ earns its reputation. Paco arrives at around 5–6pm, sets up the grill, and spends the next two hours cooking. By 8pm, the group sits down to the best meal of the weekend. Nobody needs to eat again until 2am. Then Puerto Banús.
Sunday — Recovery Paella
Sunday mornings are quieter. For groups staying through Sunday, a lunchtime paella — either delivery or a full chef service depending on energy levels — is the classic recovery meal. Carbs, saffron, and sea air. It works.
What Stag Organisers Need to Know
We Feed Actual Appetites
Portions are generous. We don't design menus for people who had a light lunch. Stag groups eat well; we cook accordingly.
One Vendor, No Hassle
One WhatsApp message gets you a quote, confirmation, and all the logistics. Tell us the date, villa address, guest count, and BBQ or paella. We handle the rest.
Your Drinks, Our Food
We don't supply alcohol. What you have at the villa is yours — no interference, no minimums, no awkward licensing conversations.
We've Worked With Stag Groups
We know the format. We arrive, set up efficiently, don't get in the way, and operate as an invisible presence until the food is ready to serve.
