Wedding Rehearsal Dinner & Pre-Party Catering in Marbella — Intimate Villa Celebrations
You've chosen the venue, hired the florist, and confirmed the photographer. But who's handling the dinner the night before? The relaxed paella party when all your guests finally arrive? The brunch the morning after, when nobody wants to move? We do.
You've Planned the Wedding. Now Plan Everything Around It.
Destination weddings in Marbella typically unfold over three to four days. There's the evening guests start arriving — fifteen different flights, tired people who need feeding without a reservation at a restaurant that seats eighty. There's the rehearsal dinner: the inner circle, the night before, the last calm moment before the ceremony. And then the morning after: a villa full of people who need coffee, pastries, and someone to take care of everything while the couple recovers.
Most couples spend months planning the ceremony and reception, then realise ten days before the wedding that they have nothing organised for the other three events.
We've catered all of them. The welcome paella party where guests met each other for the first time over a communal dish. The rehearsal dinner that started as a simple meal and ran until midnight. The morning-after brunch where someone requested a second round of tortilla at noon.
Chef Paco has been cooking at Marbella villas and fincas for over twenty years. He works alongside your wedding planner, adapts to whatever venue the couple has chosen, and can handle multiple events across a weekend with different menus, different moods, and different group sizes. One contact. One team. All the food.

How a Full Wedding Weekend Works With Us
Most couples use us for two or three of these moments across the weekend. Here's how a typical sequence looks.
Thursday Evening — Guests Arrive
As the first wave of guests arrives from the airport, a welcome paella party on the villa terrace means nobody has to find a restaurant for twenty people on a Thursday evening. The paella is cooked live, it's communal, and it breaks the ice. Chef Paco arrives at 7pm, starts cooking at 8pm, and clears up by 11pm. Guests who arrive late still find food waiting.
Friday Afternoon — Pre-Wedding Activity (Optional)
For couples who want to give their wedding party something to do: the cooking class at the finca in Ojén runs from 2–5pm, includes a full meal, and doubles as the rehearsal dinner. No separate booking, no extra restaurant. One experience covers both. If the group prefers to stay at the villa, the BBQ brasero experience works just as well — Chef Paco sets up at the villa and serves through the early evening.
Saturday — Wedding Day (We're Available if Needed)
For smaller weddings (up to 30) taking place at the couple's villa or a private finca, we can cater the ceremony lunch or dinner directly. For larger weddings (30+ guests), we partner with the couple's wedding caterer or operate as the Spanish food specialist within a wider catering team.
Sunday Morning — Morning-After Brunch
We arrive at 9am, set up quietly, and have everything ready before the first guests emerge. Fresh pastries, tortilla, fruit, coffee, mimosas. We stay for as long as the group needs and clean up on departure. The couple doesn't manage a single thing.
