How It Works
🚐We Set Up, You Relax~1h before service
Paco and his assistant arrive at your venue with everything: the paella burner, the pan, fresh ingredients from the morning market, utensils, and serving ware. They set up the cooking station on your terrace, by the pool, or wherever works best.
🔥The Show Begins~45 min
Paco fires up the burner and begins building the paella step by step — the sofrito, the broth, the rice. It's not a performance for show; it's the real process, done at the right rhythm, with decades of muscle memory.
🍽️Everyone Eats~45 min
The paella rests for a few minutes (the socarrat needs its moment), then it's served. Straight from the pan, the way it's meant to be. Add-ons like tapas starters, sangria, or a full hospitality service can turn a great meal into a complete event.
✨We Pack Up, You Don't
Once the meal is over, Paco and his team clean the cooking station and pack everything. Your terrace goes back to how it was — except everyone's in a better mood.
Choose Your Paella
Paella Valenciana
The original. Chicken, artichokes, fava beans, rosemary, peppers, Vera pepper, saffron, and round rice cooked over open fire.
Paella Vegetariana
Artichokes, fava beans, garrofons, Vera pepper, garlic, rosemary, saffron, and pimientos del piquillo. Same technique, same fire — just plants.
Paella Mariscos
Squid, gambones (king prawns), clams, mussels, peppers, saffron, and homemade aioli. Sourced fresh from the coast.
Paella Royale
The full crown. Squid, gambones, clams, mussels, lobster, peppers, saffron, and traditional aioli.
One recipe per event. All paellas are cooked from scratch with local, seasonal ingredients. Allergen-friendly options available on request.
