Brasero & BBQ Private Chef in Marbella — Live Fire Cooking at Your Villa, 8 to 30 Guests
A 1.2-metre open-flame plancha, premium cuts, and a third-generation chef — brought to your terrace.
Not a Barbecue. A Brasero.
Forget the charcoal grill and the half-burnt sausages. This is something else entirely.
The brasero is a sculptural piece of Corten steel — a deep fire bowl topped with a 1.2-metre circular plancha, designed in Barcelona by Simogas. The fire burns at the centre, the heat radiates outward across the cooking surface, and Paco works the entire circle: searing entrecôte on the hottest zone, slow-cooking secreto ibérico where the temperature drops, resting chistorras on the outer edge. It's precision and spectacle in the same breath.
The setup turns any terrace into something between an open kitchen and a front-row show. The smell of wood smoke, the sound of fat hitting steel, the glow of the flame — it draws everyone in. Guests gather, drinks in hand, watching the fire do its work. Nobody checks their phone.
Whether it's a villa dinner for twelve or a birthday for thirty, the brasero brings a different energy. Less casual than a paella lunch, more intimate than a restaurant. This is the kind of evening people remember — not because of the setting, but because of what they tasted.

How It Works
🔥We Arrive, We Build the Fire~1h before service
Paco and his assistant arrive with the brasero, the wood, and all the ingredients — hand-selected that morning. They set up the station on your terrace, garden, or poolside. The fire is lit and left to build while the plancha heats evenly across its full surface. You don't need to provide anything — not even a kitchen.
🥩The Fire Show Begins~45 min
Once the plancha reaches temperature, Paco starts cooking. The meats go on first — entrecôte, secreto ibérico, costillas — each placed on a different heat zone for the right sear and the right finish. Then come the chistorras, the chorizo criollo, and whatever the season calls for. If you've chosen the seafood or Royale menu, gambones, mussels, razor clams, and langoustines join the circle.
🍽️Everyone Eats~45 min
The food comes off the plancha in waves — not all at once, the way it should be. First cuts, then seconds, then the pieces that needed the longest rest. Paco plates for everyone, making sure each serving gets the right balance. Add a tapas spread to start, a pack of sangria or wine, or a full hospitality service to make the evening effortless.
✨We Pack Up, You Stay
Once the last plate is cleared, the team cleans the station, packs the brasero, and leaves your terrace exactly as they found it — except warmer, and quieter, and full of people who don't want to go home yet.
Choose Your Menu
Brasero Meats
Entrecôte, secreto ibérico, costillas, chorizo criollo, chistorras — grilled to order over open flame. The selection follows the season and the market.
Brasero Seafood
Gambones, mussels, razor clams, and fresh fish from the coast — seared on the plancha with olive oil, garlic, and sea salt. For those who prefer the sea to the land.
Brasero Royale
Langoustines, king prawns, razor clams, and a premium selection of shellfish — depending on the day's catch. When the occasion calls for the best the coast has to offer.
One menu per event. All ingredients are sourced fresh from the morning market. Allergen-friendly adjustments available on request.

“We had Paco for a birthday dinner at our villa and the brasero was absolutely spectacular. The secreto ibérico was the best piece of meat I've had in years. Everyone stood around the fire for an hour just watching — nobody wanted to sit down.”
Mark D.
“We've had private chefs in Marbella before, but this was completely different. The brasero itself is a beautiful piece of equipment, and watching Paco work the entire surface — different meats at different temperatures — was mesmerising. The food was outstanding.”
Isabelle L.
“Booked the seafood brasero for a small family reunion. The langoustines were incredible, and the whole evening felt really special. Paco was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does. We'll be back next summer.”
