This isn't reheated food in a plastic container. This is a full paella — cooked fresh on the spot by Chef Paco, delivered hot in the traditional paellera, and ready to serve at your table. You keep the pan for the day, we pick it up later. That's it.

Five recipes, all made from scratch with market ingredients: round rice, saffron, olive oil, and whatever the sea or the farm delivered that day. From a villa lunch for six to a birthday for forty — same kitchen, same chef, same standard.
