For large events, Paco doesn't just cook. He designs the food experience around the event: how many stations, which format (paella, brasero, or both), where they go, when the food comes out, and how service flows for your guests. Every event is different, which is why every event starts with a conversation — not a checkout page.
We've catered weddings, corporate events, birthday celebrations, and private parties across the Costa del Sol for over fifty years. The scale changes. The standard doesn't.

Wedding Catering
From rehearsal dinners and pre-wedding parties to the reception itself — live cooking adds something no standard caterer can.

Two Cooking Stations — One Crew
Every large event is built around one or two live cooking stations. Here's what each one does.

Paella Station
The paella station handles the volume. It's rice-based, feeds large groups efficiently, and works as well for a seated dinner as for a buffet-style service.
Recipes available:

- • Royale — premium seafood (on quote)

Brasero Station
The brasero is the showpiece. The Corten steel fire bowl and 1.2-metre plancha create a visual centrepiece — guests watch Paco work the entire surface.
Recipes available:
- • Meats (entrecôte, secreto ibérico, costillas, chorizo criollo)
- • Seafood (gambones, mussels, razor clams, fresh fish)
- • Royale — premium shellfish (on quote)
30 to 50 guests (standalone) · Combined with paella for 50-100+
For events over 50 guests, we recommend combining both stations — paella for volume, brasero for impact. All configurations are custom-quoted.

Within 48 hours, you receive a custom proposal: format (paella, brasero, or both), crew size, menu options, service style, and a detailed quote. We can adjust everything until it fits.
🤝Confirm & Coordinate
Once you're happy, a 30% deposit locks the date. We coordinate directly with your venue, wedding planner, or event manager — logistics, timing, access, setup zones.
🔥We Cook, You Celebrate
On the day, the team arrives early, sets up the station(s), and handles everything from first flame to last cleanup. You and your guests just eat.
